FORGING
KG1 Forged Wheels are made by a cutting edge 10,000 ton hydraulic forging press. The solid 6061-T6 aluminum alloy is shaped by pressure to create each forging.
SPINNING
Each forging is stretched by spinning equipment to perfect the shape of each of our forged wheels.
BLANK CREATION
Every blank forged wheel is created from the forging press and refined during the spinning treatment process to help ensure superb roundness.
DESIGN
Each KG1 Forged wheel design is developed by our in house design team, and custom cut in our state of the art machine shop in Texas.
DRAWING
Every forged wheel design begins as a sketch, and then drawn in a 3D rendering with cutting edge CAD software.
RENDERING
3D renderings allow the vision of true detail and precise modeling before the testing phase begins.
STRESS ANALYSIS
At KG1 Forged, we perform a stress analysis on each and every wheel design by size to ensure quality and safety.
CUTTING
All KG1 Forged wheels are cut using state of the art CNC machines in order to fine tune all of our design details.
MILLING
At KG1, our CNC and Lathe machines help create our precision milled accents and designs with vivid details.
CUSTOM
Exact detailed fitment data is verified by KG1 Forged Engineers to ensure the accurate fitment of each custom built forged KG1 wheel made.
DETAILS

COLOR YOUR CREATIVITY
KG1 Forged offers a full array of powdercoat colors and candy clearcoats. At our in house custom shop facility, you can pick your KG1 style and color options. Whether in a solid finish, or cut and remilled windows for that 2 tone look, we leave it up to you to color your creativity.
POWDER COATING
Our automatic powder coating line provides for a cleaner surface treatment prior to coloring your creative vision, resulting in smoother, cleaner finishes.
COLORING
KG1 provides single and two tone color options with polish or milled accent possibilities for your KG1 Forged wheel design.
POLISHING
KG1 Forged offers brilliant high luster polish capabilities, along with single and two tone color options.
